Leadership in the digital age has changed from previous ages. As customers, the generation X is used to accessing information and services almost instantly, and leaders must be able to keep up with the ever-evolving digital landscape in order to effectively reach target audience. It is important that the today’s leaders must be aware of the potential risks associated with the use of social media and ensure that their organization’s online presence is positive and professional.

from leaders to be flexible and adaptable. They must be aware of the changing
technological landscape and the impact it has on their organization, while also
bridging the generational gap between their team members. With the right
knowledge, strategies and tools, however, leaders can be prepared to successfully
lead organizations into the digital age.
